R&D Manager (Hair Care)
Responsibilities
Research & Develop new formulation for all Hair Care products.
Providing support for product launch and continuous improvement of product and process.
Develop Standard Performance Test which can be applied for the whole group
Developing and maintaining technical expertise.
Developing specification: specify product characteristic and technical performance target, optimize and harmonise specification
Understand consumer need and translation into technical properties and performance characteristic
Coordinate with Experts, Researchers, Academic Institutes to create New Innovation.
Generate and support for product claim.
Responsible for laboratory safety management
Anticipate, assess and minimize of PR and competitive challenge
Requirements
At least 3 years experience of Hair care formulation in FMCG company
Have knowledge & deeply understand about Hair care products is an advance .
Fluency in English.
Good communication skill with all levels.
Able to drive team in achieving delivery to clients on time
