Purchasing Manager – Footwear

Creating PR/PO material/accessories for production and whole factory base on production schedule and request to make sure that production keeps running smoothly.
• Be responsible for all raw materials/accessories sourcing local and importation to get the substitutes material multi source/cost saving with the best Q’ty/ best price/ durability/ high reliability and service….
• Co-ordinates with merchandiser to develop new source, new samples, new suppliers.
• Manage factory contract and terms.
• Coordinate with planning team and follow up purchasing order with suppliers to make sure materials are delivered on time to keeps production running smoothly.
• Analyzing and resolving problems with the Mill and suppliers that relevant department such as missing, incorrect material, or poor quality, non coming, damaged…
• Checking information on shipping document for importation material then send to colleague for preparing or making customs clearance.
• Carry on a business negotiation with suppliers, follow up outstanding issue and inquiry.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the company requirements and expectation.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by Director.

- 5 years of shoe industry experience (required)

· English: good

· Chinese: can understand 

· Agility, agility, good negotiation skills
