Talent acquisition strategy
– Develop and maintain good external relationships with recruitment service agencies for effective partnerships
– Develop and maintain good internal relationships with all departments for deep understanding the requirements of each position
– Deep knowledge of workforce within company

– Screen CV of potential candidates and plan interviews and assessments to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
– Organize interviews including interview planning designed for each position, contacting candidates, set interview schedule with respective hiring departments and candidates
– Set up phases of interview rounds from phone interview, qualification assessment and attitude test
– Implement employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally
– Maintain long-term relationship with potential candidates

Data analysis
– Manage records of All Applicants in Database
– Conduct quality talent market research to build bi-annual reports of job market


– University Bachelor’s degree in related fields
– At least 4 years of working experience in recruitment
– Have experience in recruiting high positions ( senior and manager level, C level)
– Ability to recognize and evaluate people, especially the individual competencies of candidates
– Interview skill and get understanding of personal traits
– Good interpersonal, presentation and relationship skills
– English: TOEIC 600+, IELTS 5.0+ or equivalent.
