Responsibilities

  • Define a detailed short and middle term acquisition strategy for large Vietnamese accounts, including SOE, large Private Vietnamese groups, Administrations, Ministries, Hospitals, Schools…
  • Achieve sales target and profitability target as per set by the company
  • Set up priorities and leverage the relevant resources within the company to meet targets (Centers of Expertise, Operations, Group HQ, etc…)
  • Identify key interlocutors in targets and organize high-level meeting to convince SA to partner with Aden. Decide on the meeting format (conferences, events, one-to-one)
  • Advise Country General Manager on strategic orientations to better answer the needs of VSA
  • Establish connections at highest level of large groups and administrations
  • Collect and infuse Aden organization with knowledge about latest regulations and laws. Identify key business opportunities for Aden.
  • Make sure we are the first movers for partnering with Smart City or large High Tech parks projects in Vietnam. Help defining the partnership strategy.
  • Support Transformation Team to spot business acquisition / M&A opportunities on the market

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Easy to connect and relate with.
  • Subtle sales mindset.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Long-term thinking. Strategical.
  • Proven track record in cooperating with Vietnamese large administrations, SOE or private groups.
  • Public Affairs or very high-level sales B2B background.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Vietnamese public and private ecosystem.
