* Report to Logistics Manager

* Sub-label stock planning
– Base on monthly forecast and PO coming, make sub-label stock planning to ensure no any shortage/surplus of sub-label
– Manage expiry date of Health certificate (product license) to minimize over stock which need to destroy
– Ensure content on sub-label is accurate vs Health certificate & Vietnamese Law

* Deliver goods to South
– Arrange delivery goods back to HCMC as requested. Work with sale team to ensure that this delivery is not effective to North sale
– Follow process & related document for delivery

* Manage distribution with 3PL vendor at South
– To coordinate and manage delivery as required in the order
– Work with sale team, FIN, 3PL vendor to ensure delivery on time & accuracy to customers
– To closely monitor logistics vendor’s activity and give pro-active & strong support to them to manage company’s operation
– Solve all issue in delivery, pro-active provide solution and follow up

* Managing the stock
– Manage physical stock vs JDE system
– Manage physical stock like good tax stamp, broken, dummy stock, …. Move stock to each relative virtual JDE WH. Keep track all case by supporting documents
– Follow and process to destroy damaged/leaked goods
– Solve all issue about stock in WH & delivery such as broken, loss, damage, …
– Ensure all stock have sub-label and related document
– Arrange & manage inventory to serve all difference requirements from customers like take stamp status, …
– Control Borrowing warehouse
– Lead stock count

* Reporting inventory
– To report the inventory weekly, monthly, stock shortage, stock running out, stock almost expired, damage and promotion goods to the department manager and related departments

* Manage logistics cost at South
– Ensure billing from all vendors is correct & accuracy
– To control operational expenses of the department as compared to the plan and propose adjustment measures
– To make reports on related activities weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually or as request

* Work with Government:
– Coordinate with 3PL vendor to solve all issue with Government for stock on warehouse or transportation
– Ensure all logistics activities are in line with Government regulation & Law

* Support team in high season & others if necessary
– Other Jobs are assigned by Logistics Manager


– College graduates or higher
– At least 5 years of experience
– Good communication skill
– Fast and timely problem-solving skill
– Sharp and accurate calculation skill
– Communicative English command
– Proficiency in office computer skills
– Mastering the work quickly
– Sincere, careful, responsible
– Capable of working under pressure
