Responsibilities

– Directly report to the General Director

– Update the legal and economic documents related to the business of the company to report to the General Director timely.

– Make necessary reports as requested by the General Director

– Attend meetings, make records and take minutes fully and accurately for the participants attending the meeting within 2 hours after the end of the meeting.

– Collect, update, analyze, summarize information on press information, market trends, modern management knowledge in the industries in which the Company is operating for the Board of Directors.

– Establish and maintain partnerships with trade promotion organizations, associations, and related organizations

– Coordinate with other specialized departments to set up and submit to the General Director for approval of the Company’s participation in events, conferences, seminars, fairs, trade promotion programs, prizes … domestic/foreign/ industry that the Company will participate in.

– Monitor the operation of the market, production, business, finance, personnel … of the company through the collection, synthesis, and analysis of information necessary to advise the General Director

– Perform translation of English documents or vice versa at the request of the General Director.

– Carry out the scientific, reasonable and confidential archive of documents, documents, and information about the Company.

– Ensure all information related to the work and plan of the General Director is strictly confidential

– Absolutely confidential records, documents, and information related to production and business activities of the Company

Requirements

– University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or in the related field

– Have 3 years’ experience in equivalent position or above

– Ability to provide legal advice, draft and review economic contracts

– Experience in office administration, secretarial, administrative

– Skills in planning, analyzing, synthesizing, making reports, organizing meetings

– Good command of both written and spoken Vietnamese and English
