– Set the target, plan of the month, quarter, year for Sales Dept.
– Check, monitor, supervise sales to meet set targets.
– Develop promotion policy, sales plan, customer care to maintain and develop the market.
– Learn and evaluate, analyze competitors, market through the sales team, the same director and other departments make the plan, the most suitable program to develop the distribution items, potential and strategic items.
– Build relationships with potential customers and competitors to promote key products and strategic items.
– Summarize and evaluate the results of achievements by the sales department and give a solution.
– Manage and co-ordinate with the board of directors in the transportation, supply of goods, product strategy, long-term development strategy of the company on strategic items, perfect services.
– Always promptly report the problems of the market, the opponent for the general manager.
– University degree or above major in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration.
– At least 4 year-experience as Sales Manager (preferably in pharmaceuticals, milk).
– English fluency. High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure.
– Ability to develop and implement business strategy, sales management
– Have the skills to research, analyze and write reports, train sales staff
– Experience and ability to analyze market, solution and event organization to boost sales.
