Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement the business plan and monitor the business process to ensure the target sales turnover.
  • Expand and build new customer network, partner system and distribution channel within the area in charge.
  • Coordinate with Technical, Business Support and Customer Care to provide advice, sales, maintenance and customer care.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting Department to manage and recover customer debt.
  • Make business reports weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly to Management levels.

Requirements

  • University / College degree majoring in Economics or Engineering.
  • Priority Male, young, dynamic
  • Have 1-4 years of B2B business experience, preferably experience in trading in inverters, automation equipment, electric – mechanical machinery, industrial electricity.
  • New opening skills, good sales with channel partners and regional distribution channels;
  • Good communication skills; Ability to consult, persuade good negotiation with customers.
  • Teamwork and independence; work pressure
  • Accept and be willing to go far for business development
  • Proficient in office computer (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook …)
