  • Products to be in charged : CE (Consumer Electronics) products (Home Entertainment and Home Appliances) of Mekong Delta area.
  • Develop sales network (dealers) of CE.
  • Analyze business data and market information, benchmark sales policy and products of competitors and propose new product line ups, sales policy and promotion programs.
  • Monitor sales progress, give quick responses to market change
  • Cooperate with dealer for in store promotions, display program, subdealer programs and sellout scheme.
  • Lead and motivate sales team to reach company’s goal
  • Establish good relationships with other departments in order to ensure the team delivers effective coordination across the business functions.
  • Handling both sales and people management. Sales coaching and building sales team capability, Evaluate performance of direct reports


  • Knowledge and skills: More than 3 years of experience in relevant business industries or 5 years in another field
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving ability with strong analytical skills required
  • High level of integrity and work ethics are required
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Other requirements: English communication/MS Office/No barrier for business trips
