Responsibilities

  • Manage all activities within the production process, including maintenance and the workforce.
  • Ensure stable production, achieve productivity and quality targets according to the company’s requirements and plans
  • Create the standard processes in production
  • Control production costs and minimize the consumption of materials in production
  • Manage of machinery, equipment, factories …
  • Responsible for the optimal use of human resources for production purposes
  • Create the training plans to train workers on knowledge on HSE in production, fire protection training
  • Ensure the maintenance of the ISO and CGMP in the production

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Have 3-5 years in the same position (manage 120 – 150 staffs)
  • Have experience in FMCG/cosmetic/ pharma field is a plus
  • Knowledge of the quality management system as ISO, GMP
  • Male, 35 age and above
  • Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety
  • Planning and organisation skills to be able run and monitor the production process
  • Have responsibility, enthusiasm, listening skill.
  • Good English communication
  • Good people management skills and management of staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability and be very detail-oriented
