* Report to: Sales Director
* Manages: MT Leaders & Promoter Girls
* Be in charge of Supermarket channel (Cosmetic line) of the South: HCM & some provinces in MK
– Be responsible for managing and leading sales team: Team Leaders, PGs
– Build up and maintain strong relationships with key persons of Supermarkets.
– Manage all sales activities, make and implement sales action plans.
– Be responsible for sales targets to achieve profitability goals.
– Be responsible for promotion plan running
– At least 4 years experienced in the similar recruited position for FMCG Company (specialized in cosmetics or personal care)
– Graduated University majored in Economic/ Foreign Trade/ Business Administration
– Good English communication skills and MS Office
– Soft skills: Analytical, Dynamic, Enthusiasm, Innovative, Intelligent, Organized, Persuasive, Responsible, Sense of business, Strategic, Management skill
