Responsibilities

  • Resolving employees’ issues and handling complaints to protect the general interests.
  • Monitors implementation of policies concerning wages, hours, and working conditions, to ensure compliance with terms of labor contract.
  • Making salary surveys, and employee benefits programs, for use in review of current contract provisions and proposed changes.
  • Provision of advice for department managers on how to deal with employees, most of all in extraordinary situations.
  • Arranges and schedules meetings between workers, supervisory and managerial personnel to investigate and resolve grievances.
  • Other relative task as assignment.
  • Reporting, suggesting suitable solution to BOD directly.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law, Business/economics, HR management or any other related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position and live in Dong Nai are advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions.
  • Ability to present information and bargain with employees and managers from different levels.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English or Korean.
  • Daily shuttle buses from HCMC, Ba Ria and all internal routes in Dong Nai;
  • Location: Nhon Trach, Dong Nai
