- Propose business strategy & yearly/quarterly planning for MT channel
- Responsible for planning to develop chains of super market Big C, Metro, Lotte, Vinmart and the CVS chains as Circle K, Family, B’smart, Ministop, Guardian, Medicare, Mumuso
- Develop, organize category management, proposal and promotion plan for MT channel sales activities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers (chains of super market and CVS) to drive performance
- Manage strategy sales plans and work closely with cross functions to ensure target is realized & achieved
- Coach and lead MT team (Sales-In & Sales-Out ) for best performance and career development
- Launch strategy sales plan effectively at POS to develop market
- Manage and follow promotion plans to develop market share
- Summarize, analyze, and evaluate the implementation of the plan to Sales Director.
- Report to Sales Director as required directly
- Regularly collect and review feedback of customer to provide improvement for policies, products
Undertake other tasks requested by Sales Director.
