Responsibilities

* Recruitment:

– Communicate with the Head of Departments to acquire recruitment requirements and annual budget for recruitment
– Propose recruitment strategies following the recruitment needs of the company
– Assign recruitment requests and projects in the group. Mentor, feedback and evaluate the activities of the team members
– Support, consult, and share experiences with the team members to carry out projects of the team and to achieve the results as committed to the stakeholders
– Share the necessary information with the members to build culture and team spirit in the group.

* Participate in projects of Recruitment team:
– Fully responsible for all the projects in the Recruitment team (recruit entry-level/freshgrad, create recruitment system, and deliver attractive programs to candidates)
– Plan operational plans and budgets for projects
– Assign tasks to team members and monitor the process to ensure the performance is accurate and effective in achieving KPIs.
– Evaluate the results of the projects, propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of the activities

* Employer Branding (EB):
– Create ideas, plan annual EB budgets and manage the budgets
– Responsible for building relationships with the universities, student clubs/organizations
– Receive information, proposals for cooperation, sponsorship, media sponsorship
– Base on the budget of the Recruitment team, consider the feasibility and effectiveness of the activities to decide sponsorship programs
– Working with the Media Department of the Company to propose collaborative solutions to improve the effectiveness of advertising the brand
– Evaluate the effectiveness of the annual activities to propose appropriate solutions and forms of cooperation

* Others:
– Provide reports as request by the HR Director/BOD
– Proactively engage in building culture within HR Department

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or HR
– At least 3 years of experiences in management role
– Strong at long-term recruitment strategy in Tech/Service or related industry
– Have knowledge of Labor Recruitment, Industry trends, and Competitors
– Fluent in the English language
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Good time management and customer services skills
