Responsibilities

Human resource Development managers are responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:

  • Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
  • Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
  • Take leadership role in developing company’s culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to company’s objectives.
  • Support employees for understanding more about policies & culture of the company
  • Plan, design, develop & evaluate human resources related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals
  • Plan & develop policies for promotion or replacement to have better service for business and production strategy of the company
  • Plan& oversee HR department’s budget

Requirements

  • Good at communication,
  • Planning and management skills
  • Able to approach the others, patient, dedicating to job
  • Experience : At least 5 years exp. in the same post
