Build, manage and develop HR and admin department.
Determine strategies and make plans to implement and develop these strategies (recruitment plan, training plan, next generation development plans…)
Build and develop HR policies: recruitment, probation, training and development, compensations and benefits, disciplines, staff-evaluation regulations…..
Research, draft and submiss the rules, processes and regulations applicable in the company and monitor the implementation of these.
Build, maintain and develop employee relations, external and internal relations for work.
Build and develop organizational culture.
Research and propose to set up HR information systems (hardware and software), do the security for HR information systems based on company regulations.
Advise and propose solutions to BOD to deal with HR and admin problems in the company.
Make periodic reports and working plans (week / month / quarter) and irregular reports to the request of superiors.
Other tasks assigned by BOD.
Requirements
Graduated university with major in Business Administration, Human Resource Management
At least 3 years of experience at the same position
Have strong knowledge in labor laws, social insurance, personal income tax, compensations and benefits…
Candidates with knowledge of ISO are preferable
