– Be able introducing new clients to CxO (if having).
– Be able introducing suitable candidates with the requirements of CxO Search’s clients.
– Screening and interviewing, making up potential CV of potential candidates for CxO Search’s vacancies/follow the standard of CxO Search’s.
– Sending the shortlist candidates to CxO Search for submit to clients.
– Making appointment with candidates and corporation for full interview processing.
– Strictly comply with regulations on recruitment process of CxO Search.
– Committing to keep confidentially all information related to the business of CxO Search after the end of the service agreement.
– Experience in recruitment with many fields/industries.
– Refer not from headhunt recruiter
– Good communication in writing/arranging resume in English.
