– Project Management for IT system implementation projects
– Project manager for DMS roll-out existing / new dealership and outlets
– Coordinate JLR DMS team of Sales & CRM, Aftersales, IT
– Single point of contact to Dealer, JLR and CDK for new request, new updates and other DMS matters.
– Oversee all activities related to DMS operation at dealers
– Lead requirements definition workshops
– Manage National Solution Information Package for DMS
– Work as contact point between Dealers and CDK consultant to handle any issue/query/request related to Autoline DMS operation.
– Verify, classify, and distribute issues to JLR Business Process Specialists for solving.
– Log calls to CDK in case the issue needs to be escalated.
– Manage issue list, log call list and alert to Senior Manager about important cases.
– Prepare periodically reports related to 1st Level support up to management’s requests
– Plan and improve 1st level support model for working effectiveness and providing due support to Dealers
