  1. Job Purpose :
    – The holder of this position must develop and execute the commercial strategy of the company, which will be approved at the Board of Director. The person must be able by his personality and management skills to lead and motivate a big organization. The job holder will be fully accountable for successful commercial operations in its achievement of profit and volume objectives throughout the country in a manner which ensures the long term viability of the organization. This shall be partially achieved through selective delegation of responsibilities and authority to subordinates. That means an operative structure must be in place in order to avoid conflict of interests and in order to work with competence to execute flawlessly.
  2. Main Responsibilities :

– Develop and propose a long term generating demand strategy.

– To establish the yearly Sales Budget and A & P funds, in conjunction with the Marketing team.
– Formulate a business and marketing plan to execute company’s development strategies (market level, channel strategies, geographic coverage, competitive strategy).
– Forecast sales as precisely as possible to related department (factories, logistic) to ensure total operational efficiency of the company.
– Meet or exceed agreed volume targets within budgeted trade expenses and departmental expenses
– Develop distributors network, ensure optimum relationships and alignment with key distributors
– Implement permanent visibility programme to entrench Path to Purchase effectiveness in all channels
– Set specific objectives and targets for SS sales staffs (regional level) to ensure agreed growth rate and efficiency in all regions.
– Control expenses of sales and marketing department to have efficient spending vs budget.
– Gather valuable competitive and other information from market place to contribute to planning process or strategic/tactics formulation.
– Coordinate with all departments in the company to bring efficiency in total operations.
– Manage sales administration (credit delivery-coordination, contracts, cash, commission, report writing)as per Company procedures

– To achieve a high customer service standard to gain a competitive advantage over the competitor

– Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or economics university . MBA preferably
– Minimum 10 years working experience, with at least 8 years in sales – marketing management position in related industry, specifically from FMCG
– Good working knowledge in sales field : Sales force management, leadership, negotiation.

– Language Skills: Fluent English in 4 skills
– Computer Skills: Good Microsoft office operation skill
