– University degree
– At least 3 years working experience in management positions in FMCG companies, or market research
– Deeply understand about consumers and FMCG market in Vietnam, prioritizing knowledge of the recruitment industry
– Leadership skills through communication
– Good analytical & problem solving skills
– Good communication and working skills in English
