Responsibilities

– Responsible for management and implementation of programs and activities of  consumers and markets research following company’s regulations and standards in order to set short and long term orientations for product development, distribution channel of the brand and the company
– Develop and implement a research plan for the purpose of brand development.
– Constructing systematic monitoring analyzes to assist sales & marketing to take action on business and brand health.
– Responsible for supervising and implementing the process of researching new products, innovation process
– Manage and propose budgets, allocate for reseach activities
– Coordinated to create an effective system of agencies, training analytical skills for marketing
– Strategic consultant for Makerting Manager and brand

Requirements

– University degree
– At least 3 years working experience in management positions in FMCG companies, or market research
– Deeply understand about consumers and FMCG market in Vietnam, prioritizing knowledge of the recruitment industry
– Leadership skills through communication
– Good analytical & problem solving skills
– Good communication and working skills in English
