– Designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet our business goals
– Establish, monitor and improve HR policies, procedures, processes and systems of the company. Annually reviews and makes recommendations to BOD for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters.
– Responsibility for setting up the strategies, management systems, development plan, and Human Resource
– Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters
– Ensure the strict adherence to HR and other policies as well as to relevant local legislation
– To interact with labor authorities, recruitment agencies and relevant service providers
– Responsible for the planning and organization of training and development of the company’s staff covering performance review, personal improvement plans, career planning etc. Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff development for the organization
– Any other tasks as may be assigned by the BOD


– BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
– At least 5 years experience as Head of HR of a medium/large sized organization, preferably in the same industry
– Experience in strategic planning
– Have ability of administration – human resources, internal control, training, and corporate culture
– In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
– Good understanding of labor legislation
– Excellent leadership abilities
– Communication and problem-solving skills
