Responsibilities

– Drive the delivering of business and marketing objectives of CARLSBERG brand (market share, volume, net sales, gross margin, operating profit, brand equity)
– Develop long-term positioning, brand strategy and commercial plan for CARLSBERG in Vietnam (focus on North)
– Own the creation of the Launch/Relaunch plan, Annual plan and 3-year Brand Plan
– Lead the developing and executing integrated 360 degrees marketing campaigns using most relevant and modern touch points
– Engages sales and channel marketing teams to ensure delivery of efficient brand building
– Identify and work out relevant consumer and shopper insights
– Run effectively Advertising & Consumers promotions for International brands both in On and Off-trade channels

Requirements

– Bachelor Degree in Business, marketing, etc.
– 3+ years marketing experience is required
– Successful experience in brand management including the creation of TVC copy and development and execution of media (including Digital) strategy, innovation and creative ideation process
– A thorough understanding of marketing and business functions at FMCG sector
– Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies with particular strength in Brand Planning, Brand Strategy, Communication and Media Management
– Ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in time constrained and multiple priorities situation
– Strong analytical, decision making, influence, communication & presentation skill
– Achievement driven personality with ability to work in conditions which include multiple priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints
– Able to inspire, motivate and lead project teams to achieve outstanding results
